Description
Beresford was established in 1985 by ex Hardy’s winemaker Rob Dundon but the wines are now made by another industry veteran, Chris Dix. This is a bigger style of McLaren Vale Shiraz, with a rich full palate and black fruit flavours. Subtle use of oak further adds complexity with good flavour and some fine tannins evident. This is a well-balanced wine with great depth, length and structure and the potential for long term cellaring… try with Beef Bourguignon or a medium rare steak.
