Berrigan Syrah 2013

$264.00 $220.00

Berrigan Syrah 2013: (Class 30, Gold 18.5) Dan Berrigan has specialised in cool climate winemaking in both Australia and North America since learning his craft at Roseworthy in 2003. His excellent Syrah (Shiraz) is a great example of the unique wines being grown in Mt Benson and Robe, with their sea breezes and limestone soils. Matured for 16 months in French and American oak, there is lovely spice and cracked pepper with upfront cherry and plum fruit flavours. Meant as a fairly early drinking style, try this one over the next year or two with a serve of roast beef and vegetables.
