Hardys Wines was established by wine pioneer Thomas Hardy, who planted his first vines in 1853. He produced his first vintage four years later with the vision to craft wines with high value in international markets. The luxurious bouquet offers blue and red fruit fragrances, in addition to notes of violet and dark chocolate. These red fruit and cocoa characters are seductively replicated in the full bodied palate, coupled with fruitcake flavours and hints of spice. Pair this with a steak, beef stew, or rack of lamb now or will cellar for up to 10 years.
