|Do I need to be there to receive my delivery?
No, you do not need to be there in person. If there is nobody present at the delivery address, Australia Post will take the goods to your local Post Office and leave a card advising you where and when you can pick it up. Alternatively, someone else over the age of18 may receive and sign for the goods on your behalf.
How long should I expect my wine delivery to take?
Delivery should generally be made within 5 business days in the Adelaide Metro area, within 8 business days for most other Capital cities; and up to 10 days for deliveries to Perth, Hobart and most regional areas.
I am not comfortable in sending my credit card details over the internet. Is there another way to pay?
Your credit card payments are processed securely via our payment gateway. Your credit card details are protected under 128 bit SSL encryption; and as we do not store your credit card details you will be required to enter these details on each purchase.
However, we can also accept direct bank transfers and money orders or bank cheques by arrangement. if you would prefer to pay via any other method please call Phil on 0421 211211 to discuss.
Can I purchase wines from you that are not listed on this site?
Certainly. Email your enquiry on our feedback form and we will hunt it down for you. We have access to many suppliers and wineries, and the products listed on this site are only a small example of our range.

What are the freight codes I need to order wine online and what are the delivery charges within Australia?
To order any wines online, you will need to enter your state code below to calculate the freight payable for your delivery.If nobody is home at the time of delivery, the wine will be delivered to your local post office and notification left in your mailbox.This ensures that your wine is accepted by the correct recipient.Should you have any special delivery instructions, please give Phil a call on 0421 211211 and we will do our best to organise it.
Here are our rates per carton within Australia ex our warehouse in Adelaide, via the Australia Post Wine Delivery Service. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, but it is normally less than that.
Can I send wine overseas?
We can organise to have many wines sent to most overseas destinations, although due to the weight of the consignment and customs taxes etc it is a very expensive process ( for example a single dozen mixed wines, repacked in a styrofoam container and sent to Europe costs approximately $290 in freight and taxes) and in some countries further duties may be payable when the wines are collected.
All wines must also be listed and have export approval, so under normal circumstances we would generally suggest it may be simpler and more cost effective to order wine from a reputable overseas wine retailer.
Can I organise to pick up my wine order?
Under the terms of our Direct Sales Licence, we are unable to have any face to face transactions.However, most of our wines are available from our afilliated independent retail outlet: Underdale Cellars_ so please call Phil on 0421 211 211 to arrange, or you can contact the store directly on 8352 7118 if you would prefer to purchase your wines from there.
